I am a follower of Jesus seeking shalom and abundant life. I currenty live and work for an NGO called Paz y Esperanza in Lima, Peru. I love Latin America and Peru in particular, as a result of several short-term mission trips I have participated in in Lima.
My mom is from Burma and my dad is from the U.S.A. Because of my ancestral connection to Burma I have a passion for this country and am an advocate for peace and freedom in Burma and an end to the military dictatorship that rules the country.
This blog intends to be a compilation of my thoughts about Peru, Burma, and life in general. I hope you will find it helpful for connecting to the realities of these places and pressing on for more of Christ’s Kingdom of perfect peace, justice, and joy to come in these nations, in our world, and in our own hearts.
